Our Agency was born in 1993 and it is carrying out estate business in the territory of Punta Ala.
Its name comes from the name of the small isle ( isle of Lo Sparviero) lying in front of the port 
“ Marina of Punta Ala “.
Our office is downstairs, in the Commercial Centre “ Il Gualdo “. It is open every day, Sunday included, even in Winter.
The activities we carry out are:
- Annual, seasonal, monthly Summer rent of flats, semidetached and detached houses.
- Weekly rent of flats with “ Residence Service ” and supply of further services.
